Quote by SHINICHI SUZUKI
This video includes a key phrase from SHINICHI SUZUKI'S book “Nurtured by Love”.
A living tree brings forth buds;
on each branch blooms lovely flowers.
It is the splendid course of nature.
Man, I believe, should follow Mother Nature
and bring forth FRUIT.

“The Philosophical Foundation of the Suzuki Method”, Part II: “Back to the Roots”
During the 7th European Suzuki Teachers Exchange Convention in Germany one of the conference lectures was about
“The Philosophical Foundation of the Suzuki Method”
This video shows an excerpt of part II with the title: “Back to the Roots”
The philosophical foundation of the Suzuki method is closely related to some aspects of the philosophy of nature which is concerned with understanding the underlying principles of all processes in nature and in all creation.
Here, Suzuki formed his personal ideas about the meaning and purpose of life. He applied his conclusions to the subjects of Education and Art and developed his teaching method. This aims at giving an opportunity to teachers, parents and children to experience daily their own process of growing and maturing, thereby playing themselves an active part.
