You will need to follow the following steps:
1. Login
2. Tap „My Subscription“
3. Select „Cancel?“. Confirm your request by selecting „yes“.
How to UPGRADE your license?
You will need to follow the following steps:
1. Login
2. Tap „My Subscription“
3. Select your new subscription
4. Select „UPGRADE NOW“
How to use my studio / school licence?
Never share your username or password with your students!
If you ordered a studio or school license, you can share your
license key with your students.
With this key, your students will be able to use our service without any restrictions, but your students will not be able to read / change your personal data (credit card information, profile picture…)
Your students have to use their own login:
Student / School Login
If you want to find your school or studio license key, please follow the steps below:
1. Login
2. Tap „Studio / School License Key“
3. Copy your key
Never share your username / password with your students!

Log in using your existing username and password.
I have an existing imtex.info subscription:
If you have an active imtex.info subscription, you will be able to use our service without restrictions. If your subscription expired, you will be able to buy a new subscription.
